AAPCR – Tropical Disease is a United States of America approved research institute in the field of Tropical medicine and disease. We specialize in the training, education and clinical propagation of tropical medicine and tropical disease to scholars and clinicians worldwide. Our programs in tropical medicine research keeps finding new ways to treat, control and eradicate tropical diseases worldwide.

Our internship and training programs are available to United States and international clinicians in our campuses here in Texas. We have developed courses that will focus on capacity building and hands on experience for both administrators and health care providers. Students are encouraged to come from all over the globe into our programs to interact and share ideas and present solutions to the myriad of questions in tropical medicine and global health. Our institution supports the VISA application process for these international students and scholars who enroll to participate in this global call to change the trajectory of tropical disease pandemics of the future. All our courses also gives students and scholars the opportunity to experience the US health systems and the patient care process. General emergency intervention training in BLS, ACLS and near code situations will be practiced in our training workshops. Rotations in our affiliate hospitals and clinics is offered as part of our clinical trainings. Clinical research design and training courses are embedded into all of our programs. Diploma students and scholars will present a short clinical research project during their training.
